| Summary |
The complex glaciogeomorphological research was conducted in the upper stream of the Rv. Rioni (Black Sea basin) watershed to reveal changes in the river feeding water sources. In particular, the contemporary condition of glacier of Zopkhito was investigated. During the field expedition the hydrological observation post was installed, where the water levels and water discharge measurements were being conducted in parallel with the climatic observations and assessment of accumulated snow mass parameters before the starting of the period of ablation.
