The Project is based on the Resolution N 41 of the Government of Georgia of May 27 upon the request of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development of Georgia, having later changed into the Ministry of Economy of Georgia. This work represents general scheme (Master Plan) of the Georgian Black Sea coast development.
