| Summary |
In connection with the TRACECA program launched by the EU and functioning of oil-gas pipelines, the problems of ecological safety of the Black Sea became very actual. The special significance has the sea forecasting made on the base of numerical models. At present in the countries of the Black Sea region several mathematical models of the Black Sea dynamics are elaborated, on the basis of the whole system of hydrodynamic equations. Among them, the model of the Black Sea elaborated at M. Nodia Geophysical Institute of Georgia is notable. The conducted pilot experiments proved the efficiency of Georgian mathematical model for the calculation of sea forecasts.At present this model can be used only for the scientific purposes. For the operational mode of the model or to treat input data (among them the satellite data ) in real time, it is necessary the knowledge of the surface temperature data of the Black Sea in the knots of regular net. To obtain the real data of the surface temperature of the Black Sea, the most effective is to utilize the application of satellite information that gives possibility to calculate the surface temperature of the Black Sea in the knots of the regular net. |
